- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

The online application works the best if you print it out and then fill it in with pen. The text is too small to read when typed.

Application fees are $35/applicant. The move-in fee is $150. You may make checks payable to Bel Aire Apartments. These are due at the time of application with either a check or money order. Please print out the application and mail it to our home office at Portland Towers (950 SW 21st Ave Portland, Or 97205) or fax it in (503-226-6115). If you choose to fax in the applictation, you must overnight the checks in to secure your unit. As soon as we recieve the checks, we can begin to process your application.

Deposit is dependant on your background and can range from 0-1 months rent and is due at time of move-in.
